Miles and MI going to talk, if only out of mutual respect.

Pelini wants back in.

Tubby trying to get his name in the game. Wants back in SEC and thinks he can kick arse at LSU.

People getting pissed with MI and how long this is playing out. The longer MI fricks around, the less likely Miles goes.

LSU getting prepared if Miles goes. LSU will act fast due to how late in the recruiting season we are.

No other names thrown out right now.

Bottom line is that entire situation depends on Miles. The prior relationship with Miles and MI, while favorable, also has some negatives. Remember that every past situation had positives and some negatives.

MI is not a slam dunk and this could go either way. Miles not playing LSU for more $, he still has the desire to coach our team and the want to win another BCSNC next year.

Nothing huge but expect direction by tomorrow afternoon before BCSNC game.

Tubby can stay the frick away from LSU. I seem to recall the reason he took a few years off is he wanted his "dream" job, which many speculated was LSU. The dude is a has been, can't recruit for shite either. He thinks he can come into a high paying job and have it made in the shade to be a even lazier recruiter in Louisiana since we have no competition. frick him and his character too. He was a decent coach but we don't need a guy like that here.

Should have some answer or movement by tomorrow game time.
Not going to be a major public circus.

When you pull the "heart" and "going home" emotion out of the situation, it leans towards the stay at LSU. And does Miles want to "rebuild" or continue what he has now put together?
Put it this way - MI gonna have to show some love and more than money.

Like I said, having been somewhere has positives but also negatives.

You know all this how? No offense, but your beliefs on how this works, which are blinded by your obsession with Les, doesn't make it fact.

It's known that Les wants to rework the contract and I seriously doubt it's to get less money.

LSU should go all out for Patterson. Alleva and TAF should do whatever it takes to get this guy.

Promise you that everyone involved knows the sentiment about Tubby.

Just telling what communications are going on right now.

Based on the current situation, if Miles goes, it looks like Pelini.

LSU is NOT going to hold an opening for over a week and frick around like MI. Rick Rod was gone before that bowl and MI fricked around for days to deal with the inevitable. If it was a delay to wait and "talk" to Miles, MI is looking bad right now.
