I know I'll be crucified for this, but I gotta say, I love the place. Had one of their bacon n' egg burgers on the romano-parmesan bun and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I like just about everything I've ever tried there, to be honest.

I get the chicken fajita omelette sometimes, or the chicken fried steak with eggs. The crepes and pancakes are good.

I'd rather grab breakfast at Louie's, but I can't complain about any of the meals I get at IHOP. Service gets spotty late nights, though.

If it's not too personal, what is your height and weight?

Its a pretty good place.
I enjoy their omelettes and I find their pancakes to be pretty good also.

I like their steak and eggs, or a nice chopped steak sandwich.

I haven't been there in decades, but when I was a kid I used to love it that there were six different flavored syrups on the table.

Can anyone name all six? I think I've got a few down:

Maple
Strawberry
Boysenberry
and I think I remember Peach.

Somebody help me so I can sleep tonight...what were the other two? (assuming that one was indeed Peach)

They recently got rid of Boysenberry (which was my personal favorite). The only ones left are Old Fashioned, Butter Pecan, Strawberry, and Blueberry.

IHOPS menu is one of the worst for fat grams, calories and salt. Every time I've been there it was loaded with overweight people.

I like IHOP too. I always seem to go there when I'm starving and I want everything on the menu.

Gotcha, I dont have to worry abt that so much. I eat healthy the majority of the time and excercise regularly. Also, when I got to IHOP I usually get choc milk and an omelet sp? and wheat toast.

Ah, you're 24. Just don't be going to IHOP when you're 64. I remember when I was your age I loved fried onion rings and pizza. Horrible stuff for your health. Gave up onion rings 20 years ago. Gave up pizza 15 years ago.

The easiest thing to give up was whole milk. I switched to skim 30 years ago and later tried whole and gagged it tasted so awful.

Still miss cheese. 15 years without it. My favorites were sharp cheddar and dry Swiss.

Mmm Im a big cheese lover myself. But I have cut pretty much every other form of dairy out. Some of those studies on dairy free diets are pretty interesting.
