Chickens, turkeys, pork loins, pork roast so far.
Hoping to do a ribeye roast in the near future.

Yeah I wouldn't put foil over the lid. Cook time was a little less than when we do a pork roast in the oven.

Another big plus is the no clean up in the kitchen.

Boyfriend borrowed an oilless turkey fryer from someone he works with. The turkey was moist/tender and delicious!
