Miles will make a really good hire at OC, after the bowl game. With the addition of Mettenberger, I think next year will be fun to watch. I really think Les will win the majority of LSU fan base support next year.
I've never been a Miles supporter but I think he knows what needs to be done and will get it done.

If Jim Harbaugh doesn't go to Michigan, LSU will be in need of a new coach and a new staff all together.

Do you think anyone would leave an elite SEC school for the Big Ten? Considering the recruiting woes these schools are experiencing, relative to the kind of classes Les Miles pulls down?

I wish I shared your optimism. I think Crowton stays. Dunno if it's a contract issue or if Miles really thinks Crowton is the man, but I think he will stay.

I do not think Miles believes Crowton is "the man." The way I see it is that LSU now has a quarterback that can run Crowton's offense. As a result, Crowton will stay. They will hope to capture lightening in a bottle with Mett at QB just like they did in 2007 with Flynn and the record-setting offense.
Personally, I cannot stand Crowton for a variety of reasons but I believe he stays because of my stated reasons.

We beat A&M in the CB. Miles will coach at LSU next year. Crowton will be the OC. Jefferson will be starting QB at least to start the season next year. We start the season ranked top 5 or top 10 again.
