I've never seen this before. A coach is on the hot seat, yet he's turned the tables and starts making demands, or else he just might leave.

And WTF with him being a desirable head coach candidate? Damn that's a good job. Screw up, get shitty results, & some other dumbass will hire you anyway.

Honestly, good for Lewis. The Bengals organization is a fricking joke. I think Lewis is an above average (certainly not great) coach, but he has done a good job getting what he can out of that shite organization. He is the only coach t take them to the playoffs or post a winning record since '91 (one year after Mike Brown took over).
