been about 4 or 5 times now. I've eaten there all but twice. Had an app sampler and everything was on point. The burger with the egg on it was delicious. I hope this places makes it but damn its usually empty.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. Their buns are amazing, it is a chain that does really well for themselves. I have been to the ones in Tuscaloosa and Starkville. The restaurant in Starkville has amazing drink specials.

Sunday for the Saints game was the only time out of five that it had more than 6 or 7 people in it. And the place is pretty huge.

I say enjoy it while you can, no way if what your saying is the norm that they can continue to pay that lease.

they need to advertise and buy a decent, lighted sign ... I love the burgers too .. the menu is small and simple .. hopefully they worked out a decent lease .. bonefish, pf changs, flemings, and carraba's all in that area do really well .. the traffic is there for the taking .. they just need to wave them in ..

Been for lunch 4 times. Each time the crowd was a little bigger than the last.
The peanut butter burger was interesting.

I can't recommend the one in Hattiesburg. It stinks of beer, smoke, etc.
I went there 3 times. The 1st time the burger was excellent. The next 2 times the meat tasted like it was going bad, sort of a rotten meat flavor.
They do have a good beer selection, though.

Good burger but they aren't going to make it. I hear that lease is 25-30k a month! No freaking way they are turning that many burgers.

My third-party information is every bit as valid as your lack of information.

Nah I can't imagine they got close to that. That building was vacant for quite some time. They weren't collecting any revenue on this building and I'm sure were eager to fill it. Not saying there wasn't interest, but I don't believe there was interest at that price level.
I'd be curious to know what the actual number is, and wouldn't be suprised if they actually did a % revenue based lease considering the place came fully furnished, and they can walk out as quick as they walked in. I'm not that familiar with commercial leases, so that is strictly a random thought with no merit

By the way...anybody know if they do a happy hour?

I looked into a spot there. The price per sq ft is pretty much set, they are really aggressive in giving built out money to lure potential tenants instead of lowing $ per sqft.
If I remember correctly was around $25sqft

I seem to remember their "happy hour" being something crazy like noon-7pm.
