I got one last year from my kids. Love it. Takes about 10 minutes per pound for a turkey. Prepare the turkey as you normally would. I inject mine, rub it down with oil, salt, pepper the outside. Put a big bunch of rosemary in the cavity. The bird sits upright in the basket which makes it easy to monitor the breast temperature. Take it out at 155 degrees. It'll coast up to 165. No hot oil to mess with. Skin does come out crispy, though not as crispy as oil frying.
