West Monroe has more talent than any one team in High School Football with more than 15 eventual D1 Players who will play Saturday- And this is conservative honestly.....

quote:

5A
Chuck Hunter DT - Senior - West Monroe - Und
Paul Turner QB - Senior - West Monroe - LSU
Tyler Cain RB -Senior - West Monroe - Und
Micah Eugene CB - Senior - Acadiana - Und

Tyson will play another year at River Oaks or get his GED (No Sir- He will go to Tyler Community College then to any SEC Team he wishes. James McFarland is one of the best players on WM's team as a junior DE. Sam Cockerham is a monster OL that Saban has shown interest in...sorry had to put that in there ?. Also Cade Stone is one of the top sophomore DBs in the country. (Yea on Sam?!)

West Monroe has much more talent:

#91 James McFarland 6'4" 275 lb Jr. DE/LB. Has offers from Bama, LSU, everybody, Top 3 LA Recruit 2011

#38.Lil Tyson 6' 240 LB Jr OLB The most explosive player on Rebs D other than Hunter. Speed+++
#33, #43, #46, #8 All Soph LBers who play a lot and have College Ability/ #33 Leads Team in tackles
#17 Cade Stone 5' 10" 185 Safety So. Ball Hawk one of the very best Soph DB's in the Country D1++
#5. Mike Mims 6'1" 185 Soph Safety Starts, physical player, very athletic D1++
#40 Bubba Reeves 6' 200 lb Jr Fullback - He is going to make it hurt for the Rams- Raw , Mean, College Bound/ Real Emerging Player
#13 Devontis Ellis 5' 8" 175 lb Jr RB/ Return Spec this guy will go to the next level as Return Spec/ WR he can take it the distance anytime he touches the ball.

Those are the facts..... Expect Superior Coaching and Talent of the Rebs to win by 28+ Points. This is the Best WM team ever...per Shows today.

In the state? or the nation? Serious question.

Anyway, it looks like they're definitely stacked. I'm pulling for Acadiana but it looks like WM is gonna be a tough out.

Damn, I had the pleasure of seeing West Monroe in a few playoff games in the late 90's and early 00's. They were a machine then and haven't dropped off.
What impressed me was the discipline instilled to the smallest details, from the warm up exercises to the quickness to get to the huddle after a play and the sharpness in coming up off the line.

Those little things are why they are great and they practice them everyday.

I think it'll be a good game. These two are by far the two best I've seen this year.

Last year WM won with a less talented team last year due to this group of Sophomores your seeing on that list of players above. The came into the year looking to bolster the OLine but 18 weeks later that is a strength...Turner, Reeves, and Cain in the backfield are two much for the Rams to slow down along with Manning at TE and the OLine....a team can't stop the triple threat and turner turns it into 4 option because he can pass very effectively and if the Rams rush him he will scramble and when he does he averages 17.8 yards when he is flushed from the pocket....not losses due to sack yardage....also very few incompletions when you look at his stats. The WR can catch and run but have to be equally good at decleating Ram defenders.

The defense averages giving up 10.2 a game all year....when the starters are in they average 3.7 points a game...less than a TD before the game is out of site and they are resting.

Ill spot you the 14 because the Rebels will score 35 plus....Turner will get to play 4 QTRS for the 1st time this year....

Acadiana won in one of WM's weakest years, they have been rolled the 3 other games. This one will get away from Acadiana by mid 2kd Qtr and its over.... Ram Fans will leave their team for bourban street in the 3rd Qtr unless your Cheerleaders get a fundraiser together where you buy tickets and split the pot at the end of the 4th QTR....Shows can get it announced over the PA System for Acadiana becuase he knows the facility and employees well. I hope that works out so you trashy talking coonasses will stay the whole game for your players.

South Panola won't play for at least three years Shows tried.

Marklin England Probably about 5'10" 275-280. Gonna be a great player. Arledge has said he has more potential than Chuck Hunter had as a sophomore.

43 is Dylan Burdeaux. Don't be suprised if he winds up playing baseball in college. 8 is Frasier Hogan, great kid, but I don't know how many colleges gonna line up for a 5'6" 170 lb. linebacker.

Apparently people are having trouble reading my bullshite meter......this is for fun.....that's what's been had. I have been generally having fun while I watched kids get ready to go the dome so I can kick it with the house to myself drinking Malt Liquor and Smoking Swisher Sweets! But the Hogan kid isn't 5'7" (probably 5'9" lol)- his Dad is over 6'1" and Frasier works harder than any kid I have seen in a while don't count him out of D2 Ball ... Because you know he would play football in a parking lot against Ray Lewis if they would let him.
