Huh?
They are already showing up and writing tickets, and "informing" him of the others that could be written.
And this is from doing nothing,
Either be prepared to let them erode your lease away, or kick em in the nuts.

Im telling you, they are like a Klan. They will frick you up all over the state.
I would be setting up traps. Especially if its just 2 of them on the Lease. People would be getting fricked.
OP if you have enough money I would get internet service up there and get wireless cameras that you can access over the web. We have some for our barn that we can access anywhere.

Wow...sticky situation to put it mildy. I remember reading part 1 of this story and trying to wrap my mind around
1. What kind of man would tap something like that
2. How the hell did this morons pic end up on your camera
My take on this is obviously this guy isnt too bright. He obviously likes something that he has seen on your land or he wouldnt be there in the first place. Logic says hes after your deer. He probably just stumbled on your gear as a bonus. Dont underestimate the corruption in any state department. Even if he is WLF he shouldnt be checking out whats on your cameras. Further proof he is an idiot is he didnt even mark what tree he took the camera from. Just plain sloppy. You know of 2 times that he has been on your lease - imagine how many times hes been there without you knowing. I would turn this over to the main office of MS WLF and hope to never see him again. If you make trouble there is no telling what kind of trouble he and his buddies can make for you. All i can say is to take extra steps to secure your gear and put out some new cameras in different spots to try and catch this guy in the act. Hopefully this incident will make him think twice about what he is doing - but then again idiots do surprising things. If you cant live with the fact that this guy is out there probably hunting the same land for the same deer as you then i would try to find a new lease. Dont let some jackass ruin something that should be a source of enjoyment. Whatever you decide, dont let this guy ruin your season. Good luck!
