Does Big Ten Receive 2 BCS Bids?

With Ohio State and Michigan State winning, would they receive a BCS bid, assuming Wisconsin goes to the Rose.

I believe a conference can only have 2 teams total in BCS bowls.

Yea but i still feel like TCU is going to slip into the NCG and I'm going to throw up repeatedly.
