just read on yahoo.com that a predicted extinction date for wild tigers is expected by 2022.

Something needs to be done to save this awesome and a beautiful species and the true king of big cats.

send all the remaining female tigers to Mike's habitat. He'll take care of that problem!

I like how you think. Feed 'em a pig with some nice wine, then dim the lights.

That didn't tell me at all what I could do to help.

I really wish there was some feasible way that we could link in a world class breeding and protection program with Mike here at LSU. I think it would be viable and would bring some amazing publicity to LSU. Just my two cents.

So what's in it "for sale" to poach and kill wild tigers? you can't eat the meat right? Is it all for their pelts?

I didn't realize you were looking for what you could do to help but what is being done.
As far as I can tell the only way for an individual to help is to support the WWF by donation LINK or joining the effort LINK

Aisan medicine and potions.

Also...I applaud tryng to get Mike involved but he is a half Siberian and half Bengal tiger. The effort to save wild tigers is to try and keep the sub-species intact.
