Could we move up in the BCS if we win out?

If we beat Ole Miss and Ark. can we jump over Boise St. to the 4 spot?

if the other one-loss teams would lose, we would get more votes and possibly move up ahead of Boise/TCU.

I'm not talking about if someone in front of us looses. I'm talking about if our remaining strength of scedule tops Boise's.

we need to jump Wisconsin in the Harris and AP polls to have a shot. right now those polls are hurting us.

It's possible. LSU needs to worry about Ole Miss and Arky and let Nevada, Fresno State, Arizona, Alabama and Carolina take care of three of the four teams ahead of LSU in the BCS standings (New Mexico has as much chance to beat TCU as ULM had against LSU). If the four teams ahead win out (and it's pretty much 99.9% TCU will) it's a pretty good bet LSU will face either TCU or Boise in the Sugar Bowl.

If Auburn is in the BCS CG, it doesn't matter.

Who cares. The only spots that really matter are 1 and 2. If Auburn is in the BCS Nat Champ game we will go to the Sugar Bowl.

yes we can...our remaining schedule will give us a boost...BUT WE HAVE TO BEAT ARKANSAS....

Most fans with a brain and common sense care.
If LSU goes 11-1 and is in a BCS game, that will far surpass any predictions that most people made pre-season. Finishing 12-1 and top 3/4 would certainly make for a successful season.
