t-boys from mamou is my favorite seasoning blend. Not salty, very spicy.

Bourque opened the bar side for the 2 days of the cattlemen's festival (dairy day as we used to call it). It was like old times!
ETA: Bourque made his own. Never packaged it for sale though.

Tony C for me but I don't use salt anymore and the Tony No Salt tastes like dirt with some poison ivy mixed in for good measure.
