• LSU kicked a field goal following the interception for a 3-0 lead and his fumble recovery led to a field goal four plays later that gave the Tigers a 24-14 lead with just over five minutes left in the contest

• Key member of LSU defense that limited Alabama to just 102 rushing yards, with only 30 coming in the second half.

• Nevis led an LSU defense that limited Alabama to just 102 rushing yards with seven tackles and a sack for a 6-yard loss in a 24-21 win over Alabama.

• He also forced a fumble, broke up a pass and added a QB hurry in the Tigers’ victory.

• LSU held Alabama to only 30 rushing yards in the second half.

• This week marks the fourth time this season Nevis has been named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week. He was also named the National Defensive Player of the Week for his effort by the Walter Camp Foundation.
