Even non-negatigers deep down had serious doubts about him. We were all wrong.

I'll be the first to eat my own crow. I've been hard on him for the past two plus years. This was a win for the ages!!

Good job CLM

As LSU fans, all we ask is to see our football team the best prepared it can be every single game. We may win or we may lose, but we ALL want to see the team the very best prepared it can be. While the win yesterday was really great, that is the kind of game that we all expect to see with the level of our program right now. We should have the "want" (pardon the pun) to get out there and win the game, no matter who we are playing.

No matter what anyone says, postive or negative, our team has NOT been prepared in a handful of games this year- now we only lost one of those games and we are fortunate. I do want to focus on the postive of that, but especially on offense no one can sit here and say that we were prepared to play in every single game this year, because that is not the case.

My point is this- if Les wants to keep the heat off, then he needs to look very closely at yesterday's game, particularly the second half. Yes, it is tough to maintain that every single minute of every game, but for the most part that is the kind of intensity that we ALL want to see week in and week out, whether it is against a top 5 team or McNeese State. We want to see dominating wins at times.

I don't owe him shite. Its his job to win a BIG game against A top ten team. I will give him credit for the win, BUT I have NO reason to apologize.

You are a moron. Let's not act like this is a great Alabama team. They're not. However, they are stacked. BUT SO IS LSU!!!

If the last three years have proved anything, it's that Les Miles can coach circles around Saban. Laugh if you want, but let's be real. Miles should have had Saban in '08 and '09 with Lee (RFR) and Jefferson (SO) at QB, and BEAT THEM WITH THOSE TWO IN '10.

Sure Miles has some trouble with clock management, articulation, and certainly got lucky with Tennessee.

But once he gets an OC with real talent development skills and knowledge of how to actually devise an offensive scheme to attack defenses the program could go to another level.

Too soon for an apology.especially for doing what you're paid to do. One game ain't going to change how I feel. BUT, I give props when due and that was a well executed gameplan by both the staff and the players. Yesterday reminded me of the days when people called CLM Lesticles. Great win for him.

I watched the game with a neighbor who is a Bama fan and he looked like an LSU fan from last year. He and his other friend were frustrated the whole game.

Nothing.........I'd just wanted to let you know you need to STFU and quit acting like you know more than a semi avg fan about football. Saban is 2-2 lifetime against Miles and both have a title. It's over move on, smoke some cigs, drink some coffee, and enjoy the fact that the tigers have the best chance of any 1 loss team to play for it all.

I don't. Season is not over and I don't think its fair to judge him on one game or loss.

We might lose our last two SEC games for all we know. I've been critical of him in the past but I didn't want him fired after one sloppy game or one loss this year. If I want him fired, its because of his work over 6 years and the trends in recruiting, player development, and performance on the field, not one big win or loss.

Very true, but wins like this build confidence going forward. It took 1 play( a 75 yard td pass) to get JJ to find himself again. Finally, a WR made a play for him and from that point he was confident and decisive.

If LSU gets JJ going forward to play that way not many teams will have a chance against us with the D we play.

We have 3 games left, a cupcake, a vengeance game, and a VERY TOUGH road game against a pretty good offensive team. I like our chances.
