the ceramic insert for my crock pot broke last night and sliced my finger open so I will be in the market for a new one. I like the bigger oval ones so I can put a shite tone of food in them over the smaller round ones. Can anyone recommend a good brand/etc?

I use them for like stewed chicken and stuff like that so I can put it on in the morning and my dinner is ready when I get home.

Some people with jobs don't have 2-3 hours to cook every night.

Perfect for at the camp, during hunting season... You can smell it from a half mile out, coming back at night... Just mix up some fresh catheads and let er rip..

I bought the cheapest oval bigger sized one at walmart. I think it was about 20 something bucks.

Don't go that cheap. The damn thing burns me every time I use it because the outside gets up to what seems to be 19,000 degrees.

Crock Pot

My parents have that one, and it is fantastic. I borrow it often.
