Thomas said doctors don't believe there is any ligament damage and that the injury has not even been confirmed as a "high" ankle sprain. He said it's "just a bad ankle sprain."

"I feel pain all over my ankle," Thomas said. "When you touch it, I feel pain all over my ankle. They touch different spots and they say, 'You feel it there?' And I say, 'Yeah, I feel it there.' So I really messed it up. They say I really messed it up pretty bad."

Really?

I think you have really messed this year up and you have played your last game with the Saints.
Thank you for all the great memories.

Pats fan here, and I would be insanely surprised if they were even talking about McCourty. Kid would be in the running for rookie of the year if Suh wasn't being so dominant. It was either Butler or Arrington. Butler is not a bend don't break corner (His upside is an Asante Samuel, takes a lot of chances, jumps a lot of routes, gets burned, and doesn't play the run game particularly well) and Arrington is a special teams guy who covers deep threats particularly well, but is below average in every other category.

What about Pierre for Jerod Mayo? It would give us a good, young LBer.

All I can say is wow. The guy has a chance to be an all-pro this year, hes on pace to get around 200 hundred tackles and finally has taken control of the huddle. It would take multiple first rounds to pry him from the Hoodie's grasp.

was wondering if you'd chime in here.

Butler for PT maybe, not really wild about that. But Butler for PT + a pick I thought much. For Arrington I think they'd have to throw in something.

Kudos on Curt, he won me several fantasy titles back in the day

Butler has a lot of upside, he was good last year when we played a lot of man. Yeah, Pats got greedy though, they love those draft picks .
