This Marion Jones one was awful. It combined women's sports, the "race card", poor cinematography, and bad directing
I just finished watched it last night. Where do you get "race card". I don't remember them talkin about race or racism. I'll watch again.

I actually thought this was a good one. In my Top 7-10. Maybe because I use to run track, family members ran or currently run track.
It shows these future wanna be stars that they are not above the law. Marion didn't get any special treatment even though she was one of the most popular and well known female athletes. She got tested in prison, was put on lock down 23hrs a day, etc. I didn't even realize she played basketball and was apart of a National Championship team. Most people only know her for track.
That lady is a smart lady, works hard, loves to compete, etc.
I don't see how this one is worse than that fantasy baseball shite

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Two Escobars was my favorite.
This. They have been showing it all week on the 101 channel on DirecTv. I think that was the best one.

That was a good one, too sad for me. Watched it one time, will never watch it again. I can remember how shook up I was back then when I heard the news he got killed over that goal. Crazy.

She showed up one Saturday morning at the place where I CrossFit for our "open gym" (i.e. - free intro).
No one really noticed she was there until we started the warm-ups that included some running, and then you heard a lot of "who in the hell IS that?" whispers. Pretty funny to those of us who recognized her.

There was an interview where it was stated that in an integrated legal system, you cannot expect the same treatment as "they" get. There are people waiting (consciously or subconsciously) for you to fail. The basic message was that it was a white legal system and she should've been prepared to get less than fair treatment.
It was also mentioned that she wasn't going to "Martha Stewart Prison". You can take that as a bias based on race or class or the stigma of drug use... But the implication was that Stewart was given an easier sentence for her fraud crimes than Jones received for her lying crime.
