I think yes that takes some intelligence to step back and say wait....we are criticizing a guy that very well may equal the best two years of a god...how is that bad?

You know what takes even more intelligence? Seeing the big picture.

What did Saban walk into when he got here?

What did Miles walk into when he got here?

See any differences? And you question how Saban could possibly be better by looking at overall record at LSU. You just happen to ignore the amazingly obvious fact that they accepted the job under completely opposite circumstances.

It's funny how you sit back and call people kid, and question their intelligence when you sir are a fricking idiot. If you can't see the difference between Miles, and Saban, I'm a fricking bigger idiot for even wasting my time on this post.

A team with Jarvis green, bradie james, trev faulk, rohan davey, josh booty, dominick davis, Labrandon toefield, Josh reed, Ryan Clark Robert Royal and there were many more. Almost all if not all of the above played pro ball. The cupbard was not bare. We may not have had the depth but that sure didnt hurt us in a 44-15 loss to florida. Spare Me.

well, you put OJ up there not me...so whatever that makes you i can't say.......as for intelligence...yeah, i have an mba from lsu....we tend to really analyze things and question things...instead of ignoring obvious facts. Saban came to a very talented team as is reflected in the number of pros from the team he inherited.

I see differences in styles.....wins/losses...not so much...with miles have the better of it..

A team that was two years removed from a Top 10 ranking to begin the season before the wheels fell off. The point being...the team had talent to win but needed coaching.

What did Miles walk into when he got here?
A team coming off a 9-3 record and the 4th best conference record in the SEC. A team that was loaded with talent but had underachieved.

See any differences?
Yes but I also see some similarities in that both coaches improved the team they took over.

And if you can't look across the landscape of college football and see that teams have up and down years as players and leaders cycle through a program, you are a big idiot. Maybe you should have watched some Texas, USC, Oklahoma and Florida games over the last few years to see how cycles work in college football. Those are all marque programs that are either having or have had a down year (or 2) in the last few season.
