Very bad....Felony bad, a case several years ago in the mid west (i think), seems a turkey hunter was pissed at the coyotes, set out some poisned meat, worked well on the coyotes but then either some bald eagles ate the dead coyotes, or some of the poisioned meat and they died, hunter was charged and convicted of killing an endangered species (felony), interesting part of this story is he was pardoned by W, before he left office

This has happend in North Louisiana.
