people just don't understand how hard the QB position is. We need to start developing Lee and Jefferson's replacements as they are gone after next season.

Regarding the QB position, as has been discussed many times, losing Zach Lee to pro baseball was a blow. Only when hopefully Mettenberger & Rivers get here, will the future QB's of the team start to be developed. Sorry, you'll have to wait until next year for this. But Lee has shown great improvement & Jefferson has now developed into a running threat, so the QB position looks better than it did before.
