they are mad because he doesn't deserve the win. as if that has anything to do with anything. you put your team on the field and play by the rules. the winner is the winner.
everybody makes mistakes. les has become the favorite fall guy. there are a few sports guys who do appreciate what great entertainment it is and aren't mad about it, but they are the minority.
i still think that this season could turn into some kind of championship season and les could turn into a genuine legend.
anyway, right now the season has turned back into fun for me and i'm going to enjoy the crazy antics of les miles and the quality play of our LSU tigers.
i just can't wait to see what that crazy les does with our qb's this weekend.

Sports media especially ESPN has been on his case since he changed his mind about the Michigan job and made Herby look like an idiot.

I think that's a little premature. Miles' brings a lot of on himself with his answers to questions. The media, much like the fans, gets irritated with never answering a question. His debacles are national stories. There's no doubting that. Hopefully, his story could be beating an Alabama team that hasn't lost in 2 years. That's what I know he hopes for.

I'm with you. If Les somehow Pulls it all together this team could be scary good. And that crazy bastard will become a mega legend around here. Just win baby. I dont care how you do it.

I hope when and if Miles ever lifts the trophy again that he looks straight into the camera and says 'shove this'.

I believe you are correct. I like Coach Miles. Screw the talking heads who think they know EVERYTHING about our program from Bristol, CT....
All the Miles haters better start getting therapy sessions lined up now- because he's our coach, and will be our coach next year.
As for our OC- I think he's as good as gone....

wow, this is rich. So the national media is mad at Les Miles and still bitter that he showed up Kirk Herbstreit 3 years ago? They must have secret media skull and bones meetings devoted entirely to painting Les as a bumbling idiot.

the national media has jumped the shark when it comes to les miles. They are just full of it at this point.
A perfect example: Last night I heard a ESPN talking head take Les Miles to task for going for it on 4th down 5 times vs Florida.
" The guy is a loose cannon. I mean it's crazy. How can you trust him when he goes for it 5 times on 4th down?"
Seriously? That is a fricking joke. You don't have to support Les Miles as LSU head coach but you should be able to separate your dislike enough to stand up and call bullshite when people take it too far.
Yea he's not a good coach cause he went for it 5 times on 4th down. The jarhead forgot to mention that LSU won the game

There's blood in the water, and until there's a bigger blood-letting somewhere else the sharks will continue to feed here. Miles makes himself an easy target, for sure, but the press is going a little over-board IMHO. It's starting to piss me off.
