He shouldn't have snapped the ball with 3 seconds left though--really needed to wait another full second before going into snap motion because no way Jefferson would have been ready for it (good thing there was a defensive penalty in this case). That said, I'm not sure Jefferson looked like he would have been ready to take the snap even before the clock struck zero.

read where he snapped the ball with out JJ calling for it cause he didnt want time to expire...wow!!!....if not JJ would have never saw it!...
still, keep the hat on bud!
TBob would have had a dead ball penalty and it would have been an untimed down from the 15...wonder which play miles would have had to call on his own to score that one...lol

This. I've been critical of the kid in the past but dammit he might have saved our season by snapping the ball when JJ wasn't ready.
