(see? My thread title has "substance" in it.)

Why are people continually bringing up Lee's past? What does it have to do with this year?
you digging that deep into this team to find something to complain about? It's a new year. Watching him yesterday, I think it should give everyone a new hope.

The offense moved tons better with Lee at QB. He made passes that Jefferson couldn't make. 4th and 21, would you have had confidence in Jefferson making that throw?

I haven't been on the board since I was screaming at the TV "WHAT THE frick ARE YOU DOING!!?? WHY THE frick ARE YOU JUST STANDING THERE???!!" when Jefferson was standing there with a dumb look on his face.

Is there anyone that still thinks that Jefferson should be QB'ing this team? I've seen all I need. Once Jarrett Lee came in it even seemed as though the WR's IMMEDIATELY became more confident as well. Balls were thrown with zip and confidence. The INT was more of a play call issue and a very good defensive play than it was QB play.

If Jarrett Lee plays, Stevan Ridley is 1,000 yard rusher this year.

he is over half-way there with 7 games left. As I posted last week, if he keeps up his current pace, he'll have the 2nd best rushing year in LSU history. And he actually increased his game average against Tenn.

And even if the throw was all Lee's fault a) no QB is perfect b) he hasn't run with the 1's in a llloooonnngggg time c) our other option already had 2 picks

agree that TN corners locked down our WRs all night...credit Dooley for having them prepared, no doubt.

how is beyond me. There's absolutely no reason Jordan Jefferson should see the field the rest of the year.

Prominentwon I totally agree...but there are those who just can't see it. I even posted the stats from yesterday's game, and all they can say is Lee sucks just as bad as JJ. Retards...gotta be.
