Consider how Chief Inspector Clousseau used his incompetence at a weapon. As former Chief Inpector Dreyfuss remarked, "They haven't got a chance." When you think about Miles legendary clock management skills (Ole Miss and Penn. St. last year), you can easily appreciate what a stroke of genius his strategy at the end of Tennessee game really was. It shows how Miles thinks "outside the box." Not even Saban and Meyer have ever seen anything like it. Properly understood, you must admit Tennessee never had a chance.

As a Miles-supporter (or, rather, as a previous Miles-supporter), I'm inclined to agree with you here. Good analogy.

Does your dog bite? No, my dog doesn't bite. Clousseau bends to pet the dog, and the dog tries to bite him. Clousseau says, I thought you said your dog doesn't bite. The man says, thats not my dog.

I couldn't put my finger on it, but good comparison!

So true. The man is so bad, that's he's lucky.

If you continually and consistently do the insane, it becomes sanity.

Peter Sellers must've have been clairvoyant and foresaw Les Miles' sideline management when he came up with the scene.
