If you are friendly and take the "tiger bait" chants in stride, you will no doubt be offered to tailgate

Don't worry about the corn dog crap, you didn't know :)

That's what I like about our fan bases, unlike the Alabama's and Florida's of the SEC, at least we can be hospitable.

No reason to trash talk UT these days. Boring.

you'll be thinking that saturday night after we kick your arse out of your own stadium and we will be singing rocky top while you corndogs are heading for the exits.

We'll score about 14 points on offense, 7 on defense, and 7 on special teams. Simms lite and co. will score about 10 points total.

I mean really, Titan, the Tennessee team that has 17 freshman on the 2 deep is going to come into Tiger Stadium and kick our arse. The same team that wont even fill out its complete travel roster. The same team that starts 3 freshman on the O-line. Is going to come into Tiger Stadium and whoop our arse...

What ever makes you feel better though...

Hahaha! We're actually decent this year, lost a few close ones where we blew the lead.

BOA,
Hey do you miss Phat Phil? Would you rather still have him or go through what you have the last two years?

That's a tough question, but I think I would've rather got rid of Phil because he was running the program into the dirt anyway, and hired Dooley instead of Kiffin. Kiffin left us in a world of hurt, but Dooley is the man to get us back on our feet, i believe in him.

I see a similar situation developing here with Les. It can be very hard on a team when coaches are replaced.

How could we? You only play it when something positive (like a score?) happens for your team.

some Auburn fan makes a long diatribe about LSU fans and corndogs

No, the Auburn fan can't even take credit for that. He actually cut and pasted it from one written about Nebraska fans by one of their rivals. He just plugged in LSU in place of Nebraska. The poor guy could not figure out why it might be funny to reference corndogs when talking about Nebraska (land of corn, home of the Cornhuskers), but not when referencing LSU, which has no connection to corn. He could have plugged in "nutria" or something for corndogs and it would have at least made some sense.

For sure. I can see what you mean with Les, getting good talent and not developing it....you guys are winning now, but we were with Phil for a while too. It absolutely is, we're not deep at all, and our players are young. But I think this kind of experience early helps out in the long run.

Impossible. Our fans would be long gone before that would happen.
