Apparently the only argument for saving the mounds is to act like a retard and to believe that a 30 pound kid causes more dammage than a 1000 pound lawnmower or a hydrolic post gived into the mound to take a soil sample.

Anyone that believes otherwise is actually the ignorant redneck to these people.

Yes, I do agree. Show me the proof that this is wrong...show me the proof. Until then I think this statement is entirely correct...I want to see the academic article that shows that lawnmowers on this mound are more hurtful than kids...

So you're saying there's only ONE kid on the mound on game day.

100 kids @ 30 lbs = 3000 lbs.

Last time I checked, 3000 > 1000.
