I've never really used Porter Cable, but I have a couple of Ryobi drills that have always done the job for me. In my opinion Ryobi is a great deal as far a getting quality for a good price.
Those combo sets inlcude skill saw and drill, correct?

Yes it does come with the skill saw and these are the two sets I am looking at.
