I've put away my scale. I found that I would get on it every time I passed by and would be grumpy if the number looked bad even if I knew why.
I will weigh again when I finish this block of P90X3, which should be the end of the month.

I also realized that if I want to lose any more weight, I'm really going to have to buckle down with cutting calories. My BMR is 230 calories less than where I started. That doesn't sound like much, but coupled with the fact I'm working out for 30 minutes instead of an hour, I'm "not burning" about 500 calories per day that I was when I started losing again. And that is my 1 pound per week.
