so yeah...I have been anticipating and now dealing with some bad news over the last couple of weeks regarding the wife and didn't step on a scale the entire time. Apparently I managed to eat everything in sight + some. Oh well...shite happens time to get myself sorted back out and on track.

1750 miles on foot.

The only advice I can give is you have to take it one day at a time and wake up with the attitude, "Just win today."

(For the record, I did not win everyday).

Still going strong.

My doctor says I need to get down to 212 to not be considered overweight.

I personally want to see sub 200.
