No results this week- I'm officially getting frustrated. I'm sure that I'm building some muscle doing Insanity, but I was 196.5 Sunday morning, 198.0 Monday morning, 197.5 Tuesday morning, 197.0 Wednesday and Thursday morning. I've been stuck in the 196-198 range since I started Insanity Monday after the Super Bowl. I've been eating pretty well through all of this, too. Well within my points allotment for Weight Watchers.

Honestly impressed that Im another pound down. Didnt do so well eating this week. Back to the gym tonight and back to stricter eatijg habits tomorrow.
