How much working out are you planning on doing?
If just walking, maybe some low intensity lifting, then a men's one-a-day will do you just fine. If you plan on exercising a lot, I'd go with Opti-men, GNC's Mega Men, or Orange Triad. Personally I use Orange Triad.

I probably need a vitamin instead of a BCAA, L-Glutamine, Flaxseed Oil
