Anyone use a fat burner? If so which kind, I'm thinking about going back to using them and oxyelite is now off the market.

I'm about to order some more of a vitamin I was taking for the first 3 months or so of my diet. It's not really a "fat burner" it's just a b-supplement called "b-right". It says it's a dietary supplement on the bottle. I'm interested to see if it will actually help boost my weight loss since my weight loss is going at about a gimped snails pace now. It's something my dad recommended to me to try when I first asked him about some sort of supplement I could take to help with my weight loss.

Personally, I wouldn't use fat burners. I have tried several and all of them make me feel jittery, sweaty, clammy.. not a good experience. There's no way they're good for you.

I take Orange Triad multivitamin, fish oil, and a pre-workout. I don't even have protein right now.
