Cracking a bit.

1250 calories - 12.75 Miles on the bike and up a pound today.

Didn't help picking up the 4 dozen donuts and 5 fritters this morning.

Wake up call I needed. Saw this and immediately went for a run . Time to get my diet right. I'm pretty dang broke but I found 10 lbs if leg quarters for 7 bucks so I'll go back tonight and grab more and eat a loott of leg quarters for the next week or two
