I haven't been to the gym since Tuesday, I'm still sick which sucks but I also ate/drank poorly on Fri-Sunday so once I'm better we will see the damage I did

Got blackout drunk on Saturday night + eating some really good food in Atlanta for a bachelor party. Got on the scale this morning still lower than when I left. Win

Get to the gym and work through those sniffles.

I cannot get past this plateau. I'm definitely in a caloric deficit but I'm stalled. My lifts keep going up and my clothes are fitting better but I want to see a change on the got damn scale.

Might do some strict ketosis just to see the scale move but I'm sure my strength gain will stall if I do.
