I find it easiest to eat a really big meal to break my fast. Usually 1000-1200. Then I have a small meal or two before bed. I normally eat my calorie in only a four-6 hour window. On a side note, are you eating back the calories you burn from exercise?

After my lunch I felt like I was going to explode. It was chicken breast, Zoe's cole slaw, and side fruit. But I'm used to eating several small meals/day.

Yes. All factored in.

i find this works best for me. if I just eat a little bit on the first meal that breaks the fast, I'm still really really hungry. So I like to eat a big meal, then another smaller one towards the end of my 6 hours.

I don't. But that's a personal preference really.
