I moved the treadmill into my garage to work up a good sweat when I walk, I've been walking for 20 minutes @ 3.5 mph for the past three weeks. When do the lb.s start coming off? My pants and shirts do fit looser but my weight isn't dropping like I want. Am I being impatient and expecting too much too soon?

Well part of the problem is your line of thinking with the sweat. More sweat =/= more calorie burn. You'd be just as well off in the air conditioner... You probably get hot and frustrated and impatient. And walking @ 3.5 for 20 minutes won't get you anywhere if you aren't eating right.

What kind of weight loss have you had so far? And what does your diet look like? 80% of weightloss/bodyfat loss is diet related. If yourdiet sucks then you are cancelling out the exercise you are doing.
