I have a question for yall. Ill ask here first because the OT is brutal. I am getting close to a point where running is only getting me so far. I am interested in getting into crossfit to improve overall health and supplement my running. What is the best crossfit place in Baton Rouge? About how much will it cost?

Dunno never did cross fit, I didn't run a whole lot either I do a lot of interval and HiT though.

I don't know the places in BR, unfortunately. The one in Prairieville is very good, crossfit225. I want to sign up there when I can afford it.
