I weigh every day when I wake up, and often times just before bed. With my crazy shift schedule it's not always the same time, but it is right when I wake up so I don't think it makes much difference. I like to see what I weigh that night and guess what I'll weigh in the morning. Usually a 2 pound difference.

I weigh myself around 1030 every night, this ain't no rookie shite. I did go our tonight and indulge a little. Scale says 176.4 currently, I'm not surprised and I don't really care if it takes longer if I get to enjoy life the way I want to.

Well there should be a 2-5 pound difference between a morning weigh in and evening. Depending on when you ate, etc....

Then digital scales are another issue since they are not accurate all the time either. I know mine isn't after putting a 5lb weight on it and seeing it register 4.4lbs
