slow and steady burn, just how I like it. The good thing is, 2 weeks into P90x, I can already start telling that my waist is shrinking, even if I'm not losing as much weight as I thought I might.

just joined the thread, some really good stuff
at 275 right now, down from 282 in a few weeks with little exercise. As of now just staying under 2000 cals a day....basically, it's getting old but I gotta stick with it!! But are there any suggestions on solid meals that don't have just grilled chicken? And would also love to know what most of you do for breakfast...hope i can keep it going, i love food and the worst kind....but great to see all the folks that are enduring. Again, any advice would be appreciated
