I felt it was important to show my LOW. People need to see how fast it can come back on if you temporarily toss in the towel.

My main competition in the Biggest Loser Contest had a bad week. In fact many of the contestants had a bad week.

I jumped from 3rd to 1st place. I have a 4.9% loss followed by 4.18% and 4.05%.

I'm hoping for similar results next week. I want to build a little bit of a lead so I have a bit of breathing room.

Still not sure what is happening with Atkins. The magic isn't working. I'm going to have to break out some measuring cups on everything I eat because I might be taking in a few more carbs than I think I am. Even so, it has to be pretty damn close to just 20.

I still can't decide if I should hit the bike hard. Adding muscle could stall my weight loss, but I could also be using that as an excuse.

Wednesday's Temptations

The garlic bread was actually the hardest to avoid. The aroma set off the cookie monster part of my brain. I've only had pasta about 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years. I miss you pasta!
