At my goal of 220 I would be at 143 down.. I may have to show you up and make that goal 200! Cross that bridge when I get there I suppose.

You are too tall to be 200 lbs hulk. Due to laziness on my part I have put back on two lbs this week. Back to salad today.

Congrats on getting into the 250s Hulk.

I haven't been in the 250s since the first week of July. I have basically been at 262 on Friday morning every weekend since then. I drink a little and/or cheat a little every weekend then spend all week catching back up to 262. Being 6'4", I'm fairly comfortable at 260 (especially considering where i was at 330) so I haven't had a lot of motivation. My original goal was 250 but I moved it to 230 several months ago.

With all that said, I am envious of you getting into the 250s and you have got me fired back up. I gonna have an alcohol free weekend and see if I can be in the 250s by Monday. I don't think I have had an alcohol free weekend in all of 2012

It isn't necessarily the alcohol that messes me up, it is the lack of willpower and also the hangover cravings.
