I adjusted my formula to use the articles numbers and yes 17 calories is close. But using 3500 calories to burn a pound off, the resulting weight loss over year is insignificant. We don't drink our liquids today at body temp now, most at a lower temp, so the difference is nominal over a year.

Thnks for the mental exercise, I burned of 30 calories thinking about it.

Are you doing you numbers for just one glass. On a diet you should be drinking 8 per day.

Their numbers clearly show 70 calories a day so explain why they are wrong.

By the way I am not spoiling for a fight just interested because most sites say the number is higher than what you said.

I just found another site that verified about 64 calories per day but then it went on to talk about how bad drinking cold water is for the human body. I sure never heard that before.

just a general question to everyone..

when people say "i take 1 cheat day a week"......What are you eating?

are you gorging and eating whatever, or are you being conscious and still eating kind of healthy....? how do you do it and what specifically do you eat?
