Well to be honest. I decided March 7, 09 that I had a drinking problem so I stopped and joined AA. So after a year of that I realized that making tough changes was possible taking it a day at a time so I decided to use the same tools to drop the weight.

I figure by March 7, 11, I will be at my optimum weight.

Ok, starting weight today: 146

Breakfast: 1 sip of blueberry pomogranite juice.

Lunch: 1/2 panini with Black Forest Turkey, provolone,Boar’s Head Remoulade on Ciabatta bread.
Roasted potato wedges (about a handful's worth)
unsweet tea
Calories: probably 500-550?

This is the best post in the thread. Good luck. I've cut way back and it feels so much better. I decided seven years ago to quit smoking and did it one day. The same mind set I used to that I will use to lose weight.
