I'm going to walk for a month before I even think of trying the couch to 5k plan.

There were certainly days here and there that made me want to kick puppies, but I was always able to finish. I'm about to go do the last day of week 7... 25 minutes, over 2 miles, and I'm actually looking forward to it. Last run was 25 minutes as well and I was feeling great at the end, could have made a full 5K easily. It's funny to think that just a month ago a 5-minute jog was tough as hell.
