Kind of changed up my workout to almost a modified 5x5 routine. I find I'm getting stronger and actually building muscle. Although I'm not eating to really bulk. Sticking with IF is keeping me relatively lean but could be better. I know after Mardi Gras I'm kicking it into high gear with the Advocare 24 day challenge. Really excited about that. So we shall see.

313/225.8/210
Yesterday I edited my weight from 226.6 I think to 227.6. The reason for the 2nd weigh in was because I had dropped the kids off at the pool (not something that happens in the morning normally) after drinking a couple of cups of coffee. I've been waking up this week at 5:30 instead of 6:45ish just to try something new. So I did the 2nd weigh in and was up a pound.
So this morning I do the same thing, waking up at 5:30 and having my 2 cups of coffee. First weigh in before coffee was 225.8 and the 2nd weigh in was 226.8.
TL;DR apparently 2 cups of coffee = 1 pound worth of weight

Have you ever logged your calories from the Nutrisystem food? I'm curious as to how much it has you eating.

Run 100 miles in a month? No thanks. I like to run, but I honestly don't do any cardio besides 4 minute run to warm me up and 15-30 minutes of walking post workout.
I will start running at least one long distance run on the weekends though.
ETA: Hulk. How did the surgery go on your aunt?

Surgery went flawlessly. They removed the tumor and did a biopsy. Malignant, but primary so it's not anywhere else in the body from my understanding. But, he mentioned something about it being a rare, fast-growing tumor that could cause lots of problems.

Good motivation, I'm working my way up to distance runs so I'm doing 3+ miles a day at the moment. Gonna shoot for 30 miles a week when this starts

I have. I go through spells where I keep a detailed log of my food via my fitness pal.
But just to give you a quick example of my food intake:
Breakfast: (1 NS breakfast item + 1 protein)
Double Chocolate Muffin = 190 calories
Protein = glass of milk = 90 calories
Snack: (protein between 80-120 calories)
Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt = 80 calories
Lunch: (1 NS Lunch item + 1 protein and 1 carb)
Red Beans and Rice = 170 calories
Protein = 1/4 cup of shredded cheese = 110 calories
Carb = 1/2 cup of brown rice = 100 calories
Salad = 20ish calories
Ranch Dressing = 200ish calories
Green Beans (occasionally if they're in the cafeteria) = 30ish calories
Snack: (NS Snack item)
NS Popcorn = 140 calories
Dinner: (NS Dinner + Protein + carb)
NS Frozen Chicken Enchilada = 250 calories
Nature's Own Sandwich Rounds = 100 calories
Lunch meat (turkey and/or ham) = 70 calories
ultra thin provolone cheese = 40 calories I think
Dessert: (NS Dessert)
NS Ice Cream Sandwich = 130 calories
Grand Total based on that day = 1720
My lunch is usually huge due to the salad and green beans if available. But the program allows you to eat as many greens as you want.
Recently, I haven't always been eating my lunch carb and the last couple of days I've forgot to eat my dessert at night. So depending on my choices my calorie intake is usually anywhere from 1500 - 1700 calories.

Good to hear. Hopefully everything stays well

That's crazy that you get to eat that much and lose so fast.

I eat all the time, and it's glorious. Keep in mind though, that I've had one of my best months in a very long time. I haven't had a 10 pound month since probably the 4th or 5th month on the program, and over the last couple of months I was struggling to lose a pound a week. I'm sure it'll slow back down sooner or later, but I'm going to enjoy the ride I'm on right now!
*ETA*
I know BMI charts are iffy at best...but I'm no longer considered Obese at 6'2 225ish. I'm now only "overweight" for the first time in probably 10 years
