No but to pump water in would require a seal of a 14" pipe that could withstand some degree of pressure. Not to mention I would need 22,000 cubic inches or roughly 100 gallons of water to do this

I'm not talking about sealing off the pipe. Just hooking up a water pump to some pvc or even hose with a pinched piece of copper or something. Sort of like a pressure washer. That is what we use to jet down pilings for wharves. I know it is a long way to go, but would probably be cheaper than hiring a company to do it.
