Because jl was not a ground threat and without the qb to concern themselves ridley was stuffed.

And jj didn't have some good passes called back. Neither qb will suceed until our ol n wr core get it together.

Miles response was that they felt better having jj run the clock out. I am expecting Lee next week or the stadium to crumble. He really has no choice at this point I don't think. Jefferson might not be able to comeback as capable if they don't get him out of there. FREE LEE

90% of the qb's in the country aren't ground threats! Qb's don't have to be ground threats to be successful.... and its assanine to think other wise. Crowton's offense can be run by someone w/o the threat of being a runner.... and to be honest, JJ isn't much of a running/option threat along with the fact he is a little lacking in that whole passing thing also... I'm not downing the kid personally, just the facts are the facts, he hasn't passed for over 100 yds the last 2 games...
