Is that the wolf character from Neverending Story in that pic?
Another one that hasn't been mentioned yet is from the movie Creepshow. The one Stephen King played in as a farmer with the green stuff, but that isn't what gave me the creeps.
It was that particular Creepshow movie, but it was the story of the Monster in the Box. The dude had the monster kill his wife. That monster used to freak me out.

My sadistic older brothers let me watch Halloween when I was 6 years old. I was seeing Michael Myers in my closet for years as a kid.
