re: Restaurant service

if you have never been to a fine dining establishment, you will not know what service is expected. the whole serving from the left, bussing from the right, you only learn that at high end places. yeah you mnight learn that at appplebees, but it is not expected. there is a reason high end places are expensive, they expect that kind of service and details. ive worked high end restraunts and received tons of trainimg and when i go out, i do pay attention to the server. its not going to piss me off if he serves from the wrong side though.
